Zumba Gold Toning with Stephanie–#2

Add some strength to your dance workout!

Our toning classes use the Zumba shaker weights. If you don’t have those, try small weights just 1-3 pounds each. You can also grab items you have around the house like soup cans, bags of beans, or pasta. If you don’t have weights, don’t let that dissuade you from trying out this workout. You can use your own body’s resistance to add strength training to your workout. Just imagine you have weights, focus on those muscles and give them an extra squeeze when doing the toning moves.
